Sneak Peek: Stampin Up Graceful Glass and Stampin Blends
Now when you heard the term “graceful glass”, did you automatically associate it with the words, “wild about you”? Probably not right? But take another peek at what I’ve put together for you and let me know if it works.
Sorta cool? For those of you of a certain “vintage” (and you know who you are), does it maybe bring back some 60’s vibes? Like lava lamp swirls? Aren’t the colours a little wild – but cool – together?
The words are from another fun new set we got for free at OnStage. Animal Outing is its name and I think you’re going to think is pretty darn cute!
Do you like colouring and blending? Our new Graceful Glass vellum cardstock makes it ultra easy. In the pack of 24-6”x6” sheets, you’ll get 12 different designs in permanent black, some images detailed pictures, others more patterns, like this “wave-like” one. They’re perfect for stained glass work when you use Stampin’ Write markers or Stampin Blends like I did here.
You probably already know I LUV the new Blends (and if not, read all about it here). And now we’re going to have 11 new colours (light and dark) to add to our family for TONS more colour blending options. We got to play with two more colours like Pineapple Punch and Lovely Lipstick which I combined with Rich Razzleberry for my 60’s inspired card here.
And that kinky cord on the side? Some cool new flat and shiny black cording I untwisted for a wild look.
Do you see the cute little banner peeking out behind the Blends panel? A tiny detail to pull in another itty bitty piece of the Pineapple Punch paper.
And you can just get a glimpse of the strip of w=Whisper White I have lining the inside of the card so you have a nice block to write your message.
You know, I get as excited as the next true dyed-in-the-wool paper crafter – like you – when it comes to new things! So it’s always fun to be amongst the first to get to play with new stuff.
If you’d like to play too, jump on my Kreative Kanucks team and you could be creating your own sneak peek: Stampin Up Graceful Glass and Stamps Blends card like this one – in no time at all.
