If you liked yesterday’s Christmas Table Favours idea, here’s another one that might be up your alley. This one is even a little quicker to put together!
I don’t know why, but I think it’s a little reminiscent of the grinch – what do you think? Despite that, it’s very cheery with bright red and green from the M&M chocolates inside the cello bag. And Santa’s hat tops it off nicely to add to the Christmasy feel!
Here’s a close up of the topper. I used two decorative labels punched out and glued together at the top only with Fast Fuse. I then opened it up and sandwiched the cello bag in between. Then I took man Paper Piercing tool and put a glue dot at the bottom middle front and the back middle to glue the label to the cello bag. When you do it this way, you have a nicely finished back to the topper as well.
I used the Jolly Hat builder punch three times. Once in Real Red for the hat itself, then two more times just to get the pompom and the fur. I felt it needed some glitter, so it was glimmer paper to the rescue!
We don’t have too many days left to prepare for Christmas! I hope you enjoyed these Christmas table favours and will make some for your table. If you do I’d love for you to let me know by leaving me a comment below!
Here are the items to make these yourself (some supplies are in the Yearend Closeouts so they are on sale!)
