This gorgeous new product comes with the Fine Art Gallery suite collection in the new JJ21 Mini Catalogue. And if you’re like a magpie and like shiny glittery things, you will NEED some in my craft stash!
I’m so pleased to feature my friend and fellow Kreative Kanuck teammate, Anita and her stunning designs created with this collection of products.
Let’s start with the fabulous shine and eye-catching appeal of just a little bit of the gilded leafing on this pretty Bermuda Bay flower.

Beautiful. Elegant. Striking.
Like many of Anita’s creations! Let’s find out a bit more about her.
An Interview with a Paper Crafter
How long have you been crafting?
I’ve been paper crafting since I could hold a crayon and a pair of scissors! I was always making my own cutouts, colouring and creating with whatever I had on hand. I guess I am now enjoying my second childhood!
Why did you start paper crafting?
The first time I ever tried stamping, I was hooked! By a series of coincidences, I ended up at a Stampin’ Up workshop and, because I needed EVERYTHING, I signed up! I am celebrating 10 years as a demonstrator this year.
Best decision ever!

What advice would you give to someone just starting to paper craft?
Paper Pumpkin kits are THE best for newbies to stamping!! You get everything you need to easily create beautiful projects without breaking the bank.
What type of space do you craft in?
I am very fortunate to have a small room to craft in…although it has spilled onto the kitchen table at times!

Give yourself a fun “Crafting Name!
Glitterella!!! LOL
Are there certain techniques you use more often in your handmade items?
My absolute favourite technique is heat embossing…. so magical!
Do you like to craft alone or with others?
I have to say I create better by myself. But I like nothing better than holding/attending workshops and classes! I sure miss getting together with my friends.

Doesn’t it look like Anita loves this collection? So many pretty cards!

How about we finish up with a final idea from Anita and the wonderful designer paper?

This was the last question I asked Anita.
What are your favourite tools to craft with?
I cannot live without my die cutting machine, embossing folders and dies!!! LOL My Stamparatus is an essential tool for mass producing cards. A heat tool is also wonderful….not just for gorgeous heat embossing, but also fixing adhesive mistakes!

It’s hard to imagine there are many mistakes made when you see these lovely designs1
I hope you enjoyed this latest instalment of my Behind the Paper: An Interview with a Paper Crafter and learned a little bit more about what makes this particular crafter tick!
Anita’s designs features card making with gilded leafing – and so much more!
These are very lovely cards, I love the gold leafing. Although they are all pretty my favourite is the gatefold with the pink flower on the front, so beautiful.
Thanks Carolyn! You’re right it is gorgeous!
