Here are the measurements you’ll need to cut (but be sure to watch the video for the inside trick😉).
Cuttin’ It Up!
- Very Vanilla cardstock – two pieces about 4″ x 2 3/4″
- Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive cardstock – scraps
- Season of Green and Gold 12×12 DSP – two scraps about 2 3/4″ x 1/2″
- Gold Foil – two pieces 2 3/4″ x 1/4″, scraps
- Festive 12×12 Glimmer paper (Granny apple Green) – scraps
- Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/4″ ribbon – about 7″
Let’s Make It!
- Stamp the bauble in the same colour ink as the cardstock. Let dry completely then swipe with your Embossing Buddy. Stamp the greeting with Versamark ink then sprinkle with white embossing powder. TIP: use a tiny paint brush to remove any white specks. Heat set.
- Die cut the bauble with the ornament die cut and clip where it attaches to the rest of your cardstock.
- Die cut two holly leaves and 3 gold “berries”. Glue to the top of the ornament. Turn ornament over and add dimensionals and set aside.
- Glue a scrap of patterned paper to the bottom of the pieces of Very Vanilla cardstock. TIP: Be sure to glue it straight if you have a piece with plaid lines like this one. Place the die from the Greetings of the Season dies and position it so the paper is at the bottom about 1 1/4″. Die cut.
- Glue the strip of gold foil to the tag and trim. Add the ornament.
- Fold the ribbon in half and thread the loop end through the hole from the front. Pull through partially then open the loop and put both cut ends through it and tighten.
