Today I want to show you how creating backgrounds with Stampin Blends markers is a lot easier than you might think!!

I know you’ve seen them. Those gorgeous multi-coloured blended backgrounds with lots of spots and dots! They almost look like a type of watercolour background.

But no, they’re not!

They’re alcohol marker backgrounds!

And today I’m going to show you exactly how to make them!

It’s almost impossible to go wrong with these once you know the trick.

And there are so little supplies. Some Stampin’ Blends markers, vellum cardstock, and one crucial element!

Plus there’s a fun little tool to play with if you want to too!

Were you surprised how easy that is?

I did play around a little bit to get the technique just right. And know you can use just about any colours you want. You can achieve soft and delicate colours (try Petal Pink and Crumb Cake with a little bit of Calypso Coral) to deep earthy ones (Old Olive, Night of Navy and a touch of Early Espresso).

Just play!
