Handmade Die Cut Cards for Friends
Beautiful handmade die cut cards for friends are on the menu today! And you know, card making doesn’t have to be hard! This one uses a killer die cut and beautiful foil paper to wow!
With a die like that, you really don’t need much else!
I have to admit, I’ve had this bundle all year and just recently pulled the dies out to use. (Does that ever happen to you?) 🤗
But now that I did, I absolutely love how easy it is to use to create truly stunning cards. In fact we also used it in my live craft class in the Design with Jo VIPeeps group! It was a hit there too!
This was the first design in my Koffee and a Kard Zoom class. We get together every second week and we were missing each other and our crafting and chatting during this time of coronavirus.
Now we are virtually connecting and creating and it’s so much fun! Everyone loved this card and it was pretty quick and easy to make too!
So what else makes this card WOW?
- the beautiful Noble Peacock foil paper – it comes in a package of three colours, Blueberry Bushel, Pretty Peacock and Old Olive (although I do think Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green are wonderful with them too!). This is retiring so be sure to pick it up now!
- stitched shapes to frame the die and the greeting – these are two different die sets, Stitched Shapes and Stitched Rectangles, both a MUST-HAVE in your paper crafting room!
- A little-larger-than-normal black matting to frame both the die and the foil paper
- pretty silver metallic ribbon pulled off to the left and knotted
