Today we’re going to CASE the Cattie for hinge stamping a handmade card!

What’s CASE mean?

A CASE in our paper crafting world means Copy And Share Everything. It’s where we can take a peek at any design we see on social media or in a card we receive and recreate it with items we have in our stamping stash. To find out more, click here.

It’s really the highest form of appreciation you can give the designer of that item.

I’m becoming a CASEr with a weekly video series to show you how to make items from the gorgeous Stampin’ Up! catalogues. This happy card is our first one!

Can you guess what page of the catalogue I used as my inspiration for this card?

A pretty ladies card with a fabulous mix of colours. Find out exactly how I picked my colours by taking a peek at the video!

When I CASEd the catalogue card that I made for you in the video, I used the exact colours they used. Much more masculine feel.

Let’s see a close up of that pretty tag. Polished Pink is my ink colour backed with the lovely same colour of Open Weave ribbon.

You can really see the variation of colours of the “Happy Birthday” in the background. Did you see how I did that in the video?

While I do love the cheerfulness of this card, I love the two other examples I showed you too. I think it’s one you could make over and over again using new stamps and it will give a whole new look!
