Today we’re going to CASE the Cattie again, this time so I can show you how to colour with Stampin Blends!

Before we get there though. Do you know what CASE means?

Copy and Share Everything

CASE for us paper crafting world means Copy And Share Everything. It’s how you can look at any design and make it ourselves with supplies we have in our toolkits. To see another design, click here.

I show you in a weekly live video how to make items from the wonderful artists at Stampin’ Up! (You can see all of them so far on YouTube by clicking here.

Can you guess what page of which catalogue I used as my inspiration for this card?

A CASE of a Stampin’ Up! Spring Mini Catalogue Card

Yhis was such a fun design to make! And I’ve got all kinds of tips in the video for you…like:

  • how did I get the cake on the puffin’s head?
  • ways to add shadowing to your image
  • how to get any colour of stamping with one ink pad
  • cool sparkly and 3D effects

Get the tips to those and even more paper crafting hints in the video.

How to Colour with Stampin Blends

This time when I CASEd the catalogue card, I wanted to show a really fun design like the Stampin’ Up! artist showed. That’s why I picked the Party Puffins stamp set! It’s really perfect for big and little kids alike!

But I also wanted to show you a much prettier and softer version too like the lovely lady design.

Click the triangle to see all three of my samples now!

Want a close up of the puffin’s colouring? It really didn’t take too long with my Stampin’ Blends.

You can really see dimension added with the Smoky Slate marker. Did you see the two ways I showed how to add dimension in the video?
