The Heart of This Frosty Project

Here’s the fun part. Every snowman ends up with its own little personality. Tall hat or short hat. Glittery scarf or stripy scarf. Googly eyes or hand-drawn charm. They’re the perfect mix of whimsy and polish, and they use up some of those small coloured scraps you’ve been saving for “the perfect project”.

And you know what? This is that perfect project.

Why You’ll Love This Snowman Treat Holder

The whole magic of this design is in how quick it is to put together. You get maximum cuteness for minimal time, which is always a good December crafting formula. And because the belly opening fits both Lindt balls and Ferrero Rocher, you can mix and match depending on how fancy you’re feeling.

How to Make This Idea Your Own

Once you understand the simple base shape, your creative brain will take over.

Try these playful twists:

  • Give each snowman a different personality with hats, scarves and expressions.
  • Match your colours to your wrapping paper or place settings.
  • Turn them into hanging tags, ornaments or table favours.
  • Create a snowman family for gifting. (The “dad” snowman should probably have the biggest Ferrero belly 😂)

With this version, I played around with some googly eyes and the Ferraro Rocher chocolates. I love his frilly tummy!
