I want to show you what to do if you used the wrong ink colour on a stamp pad! Today I was in a hurry and I didn’t double check the colour of ink refill I pulled out when I was adding ink to my Pale Papaya stamp pad.
I thought the dots of ink were a bit dark, but did I stop placing them all over the pad? Nooooo. I kept on going until the whole pad was well inked! (If you’re going to do a job, you do it well, right?)
Well, then I was in a pickle! I had a class coming up the next day where I needed the Pale Papaya stamp pad so there wasn’t enough time to get a new one!
We were making this card together.
Have you ever done what I did?
I sure hope you haven’t. But hey accidents happen. So if you have, I’ve got a super fast solution for you in my video. Take a peek so you can get back to making lovely cards with your stamp pad like this!

What Makes This Card Work?
Now let’s take a closer look at today’s card.
The Color & Contour bundle is the star of the show here. The pretty flower and those nested scalloped rectangles are wonderful! They are definitely on my suggested list of versatile must-haves for any paper crafter!
I love how each of the rectangle dies has a little different decorative edge. Large and small dots, cut out slits, stitching and cut out half circles. And isn’t the large scalloped edge great?
Look how the ribbon slides easily in the slit on the Early Espresso label here.
