Watch my live replay to make a bright and cheery fun fold card! And it’s not ONLY a fun fold. It’s a peek thru fun fold!

There’s no doubt about it!

Fun folds are the IN thing!

And don’t you agree? Sometimes it’s just so much easier to watch a card being made, especially when it’s a fun fold. I’ve got some tips on how to make this one quick and easy!

So take a peek at my YouTube Live from last night!

But first let’s see the card I showed you how to make in the live.

Bright and Cheery Fun Fold Card
A super cute and surprisingly easy and quick fun fold card!

I love these Rain or Shine critters! This collection was the absolute FIRST thing that was a must-have for me from the new Spring Mini.

It’s a toss up for me which one of these cute creatures is my favourite!

The tortoise? The hare? Maybe the pig?

That’s what’s so awesome about this collection! Even though there are only 3 cute critters in the stamp set, you get even more pre-printed on the designer series paper.

So that means even more options to add some cuteness to your crafting! And sunshine to someone’s day!

You can find the Rain or Shine bundle in the latest January to April Spring Mini Catalogue.

Bright and Cheery Fun Fold Card

Even though this card is super adorable when you see the front, it’s the inside opening that really captures your interest! And anyone’s who receives it too!

A couple simple cuts with your Layering Circles dies and a careful placement and you’ll be framing this cutie and sending cheerful greetings too!

Be sure to see the tips I shared in the video on how to get that perfectly cut scalloped circle!

I love the shiny detail on our per-coloured turtle. The die fits perfectly over him so all we see is a great little white outline.

Pop him up with some dimensionals and you’re all done!

Bright and Cheery Fun Fold Card
So quick & easy when you use pre-coloured images!

In my sample card, I first stamped my tortoise in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, then coloured him with my Stampin’ Blends. I love the vibrant tones you can get with these alcohol markers.

And the bonus is they exactly match the colours in our cardstock and patterned papers! This fella’s a mixture of Granny Apple Green, So Saffron and Old Olive.

Let’s see a close up of how he looks just a little different from the pre-coloured one.
