If you like colour and texture on your handmade cards, you’ll love this easy autumn card to stamp! And you know what’s even better? You can make this card in under 10 minutes!

Because we all know…

You often don’t have a lot of extra time to pull out all your supplies for an over-the-top, outta-this-world, one-of-a-kind card!

But you DO have time for an outta-this world, colourfully-coordinated, original card like this one!

Easy Autumn Card to Stamp
A simple and fast design with Changing Leaves stamps and subtle embossing folder

Pull out an embossing folder and a steller stamp (and maybe an embellishment or three) and you’ve got an awesome, designer card you can send to ANYone!

The Changing Leaves stamps are actually part of a “hybrid” bundle (which is awesome BTW). You can see exactly how amazing with a design I’m featuring here soon. But I also wanted you to know the stamp set is fabulous on its own.

What do I like about it?

  • It’s not just an autumn stamp set. You get three different types of leaves and, depending on the colour of ink you use, you can get spring, summer AND fall cards.
  • A mix of solid and detail images. Don’t you love when you can get versatility in a stamp set? Whether you love to stamp and colour, or stamp with different colours of inks and be done, this set allows it!
  • The greetings are so appropo. Rather than a focus on seasonal sentiments, you can use these ones all year long!

Easy Autumn Card to Stamp

There are surprisingly few tools and supplies for this card. It’s really just cardstock!

Cuttin’ It Up!
  • Old Olive cardstock – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
  • Copper Clay cardstock – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
  • Basic Beige cardstock – 5 1/4″ x 4″ (two pieces, one for inside)

Add texture with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder
Let’s Make It!
  1. Start at the top left of the Basic Beige cardstock and stamp the leaf 4 times, cleaning between each stamping: Old Olive, then Cherry Cobbler, then Copper Clay then Crushed Curry.
  2. Stamp your greeting in Copper Clay ink onto the panel nearest to the Copper Clay leaf.
  3. Insert the cardstock into the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine. Remove and glue to the piece of Copper Clay cardstock then to the front of the Old Olive card base.
  4. Embellish with a few Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems in copper.

And that’s it, you’re done!

What about different seasons?

Turn this into a spring card by using 4 different colours of green: Soft Sea Foam,Lemon Lime Twist, Granny Apple Green and Shy Shamrock would be lovely!
