Want to learn how to make birthday party favours kids will flip over?! Use the new Celebrations Tags dies and craft up a bunch in no time!
I like to share 3D candy treats for different holidays and occasions. So a couple weeks ago I made a cutie for Halloween (which you can see by clicking here) in my VIPeeps FB Live group. At the end of that live, I made a second one. This time it was for a birthday which was a big hit!
So I thought you might like to see it too!
When I mentioned how little kids would think these were super, one of my VIPeeps members commented how BIG kids will love these too!
These are the perfect size to tuck into a birthday treat bag. Or stand them up on the table! How about writing each kids’ name on them? What a great way to personalize the party!
Where is that bundle? It’s a hidden gem in the July to December 2022 Mini Catalogue you can find on page 67.
And I’ve been using it LOTS lately since it’s just so versatile! Just imagine all the occasions you could craft for in this set…
Christmas, winter, Valentine’s, birthdays! And like me, even Halloween!
I’d love to know, what other occasions would you make these for?

When you can pick up a set that has SO many ways to use it, you know you’re making a worthwhile investment. One you’ll use for a long long time!
Let me show you in my latest YouTube Short how you can create these super cute treats.

Click the triangle to see it now!
I know, there’s always so many things to do when you’re prepping for a party, right?!
So why spend time creating this one? It…
- uses very few supplies
- goes together super fast, and
- is just so darn adorable!
Plus handmade is ALWAYS best! Ask anyone and they won’t remember what they got at the last birthday party they attended. But give them one of these, personalized just for them, and they’ll be talking about them for weeks!
Make Some Yourself!
Find some cool patterned paper and some birthday “stuff” to make a few of these for your party guests.
Cuttin’ It Up!
- patterned paper – 2 1/2″ x 6″, second piece 1″ x 6″
- Shimmery White, Basic Black and In Color Glimmer paper – scraps
- twine or ribbon – about 8″
If you’d like to pick up any of the supplies I used, please click here for a list you can print or pin or order from.
Then all you need are the mini chocolate bars which are available most anywhere.
Watch Their Eyes Light Up!
You could alway head out to the dollar store and grab some of those ho-hum-not-really-special-goodies-for-treat-bags. But why would you?
These cuties will have the neighbours talking! In a good way of course!
Here’s the little inside treat!
I hope you have someone having a special birthday soon!
Whether they’re four, seven, 13, 21 or 50! Decorate up your party table or pop these into a treat bag. Just make birthday party favours kids will flip over and wait for the OOOOOOs and AAAAAAHHs!
