Did you catch our two treatholder posts a couple weeks ago – now let’s make them in one more version for a Merci treatholder idea!
I recently had a large number of thank you’s to make for a wonderful group of folks. So I put together a basket of little treatholders. Some were made with Hershey Nuggets, some were from Swiss Delice chocolates and some were these lovely little Merci morsels!

What’s super awesome about each of these treatholder? They’re all made with scraps of cardstock and Designer Series Papers! It’s a wonderful way to use up some smaller pieces in those stacks you have in your craft boxes!

What You Need!
Rifle through your scraps for whatever patterned papers you want to use in these fun treats. Birthday, fall, Christmas…anything goes! Here’s everything you’ll need
Cuttin’ It Up!
- Lemon Lime Twist cardstock – 3 1/8″ x 2 1/8″, scored at 1/4″ and 1 7/8″
- Basic White cardstock – one scrap piece whatever size you’d like
- Bright & Beautiful DSP – scraps but 2 pieces 2 7/8″ x 2 1/2″ and one piece 2″ x 1/4″
- Night of Navy & Gold 1/2″ Glittered ribbon – about 7″
- purchased cello bags – 2″ x 6″ (or with 1 1/2″ gusset works well)
Don’t you love this sentiment from the Something Fancy stamps for a thank you? It really says how grateful you are but in a totally different way!
You have so many options for your tag on your treats. This one made with the Something Fancy dies is great for threading onto a wider ribbon like our Night of Navy and Gold 1/2″ Glittered ribbon. But be sure to check out the other two treatholder blogs or videos for more options.
