Wishing you a very Happy Valentines Day 2023! Here’s a fun little design to make you smile!
This Love Cats stamp set is super fun. And I used the same fun technique I showed last week again to make your Valentine card today!

I love how playful the cats are in this set! Even if you’re not a feline fanatic, you’ll appreciate their mischievous antics in this set!

Here are all the measurements, supplies and steps to make my Happy Valentines 2023 card.
Cuttin’ It Up!
- Pale Papaya cardstock – 4 1/4″ x 10 3/4″, scored at 5 1/4″
- Basic White cardstock – 4″ x 5 1/4″, 1 3/4″ x 2 1/2″ , small scrap
- DSP – 2″ x 2 3/4″, 1/4″ x 3″
- Sweet Sorbet – 2 1/4″ x 3″
Let’s Make It!
1.Insert the front of the card into the Cane Weave 3D embossing folder and run through your Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine. TIP: Line up the score line with the top of the folder. Fold along score line and burnish with your bone folder.
2. Stamp the cat in Pale Papaya, then turn stamp over and dab on some Sweet Sorbet in a few areas then stamp onto your piece of Basic White. Get a photo tutorial of this technique in my post about this cool rubber stamping technique everyone will love! Glue the cat to the large piece of DSP then to the piece of Sweet Sorbet. Add dimensionals to the back and adhere on the right side of the card front.
3. Stamp your greeting with Sweet Sorbet ink onto Basic White scrap. Cut out the greeting with Paper Snips then trim so each word is its own little piece of paper.

4. Glue the greeting beside the cat image then place three of the 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots below.
5. Adhere the Basic White panel inside the card and add the strip of DSP on the right hand side. TIP: Place the DSP strip so you can see it when the card is closed. (You can see this better in the last photo below.)
Time to Play!
You probably have an awesome embossing folder and a cute set of solid image stamps that would look fabulous with this design. Go rifle through your stash and start creating.
