How to Fix a Crooked Card| JO-Tips #75

Today’s JO-Tips video is a super short tutorial on how to fix a crooked card!

It happens to me too!

No matter how carefully you cut and score your cardstock, when you fold your card base, it’s not straight!

But the amazing thing is, this is unbelievable easy to fix!

It’s Not You!

Does it seem like this happens a LOT to you?

Even though you double check your Paper Trimmer before you make that cut, you still end up with mismatched cards!

Aggravating isnt it?

But the good news is, it probably isn’t you!

It most likely is… the paper!

While Stampin’ Up! takes care to have all their products be spot on, the cardstock is cut in huge batches by an offsite company.

And sometimes the cuts are NOT 100% straight!

So don’t worry.

Try your best to get them perfect even and squared up. To that, measure twice and cut once. Make sure your cardstock is right up pto the edge of your paper trimmer for both the cut AND when you are scoring the fold line.

Then fix it if it’s still not quite right!
